Membership

 

MARCUMS is seeking active members who are employees of Colleges, Universities and Institutions performing duties relating to mail services or print.

MARCUMS consists of a broad and diverse membership working to achieve the common goal of advancing the professionalism of its members in mail management and related activities.

By becoming a MARCUMS member you will gain peer & group support, networking opportunities, a bi-yearly newsletter, access to the MARCUMS listserv and member access to our website. Membership runs from July 1 – June 30 of each year.

You can join now by completing an application manually and returning it with your dues enclosed or you can also fill out our online form and pay online (see details below).

Annual Membership Fee

Individual - $40.00 or Institutional - $70.00 (Includes 4 Individuals)
All payments should be made payable to: MARCUMS

(A $5.00 fee has been added for on line payments)

 

Online Payment and Registration

  • Your online options are PAYPAL or credit card.
    •  Please note there is an additional fee for handling. 
  • Fill out the MARCUMS Online Payment Registration Form.
    • For additional members you will need to fill out the invoice form.
  • You will receive a confirmation email if you have concerns email us at info@gomarcums.org.
  • If you have any issues you can contact the Treasurer.
 

Invoice Payment and Registration

  • Invoice option is to mail a check or money order.
  • Please note there is NO additional fee for handling.
  • Fill out the MARCUMS Invoice Payment Registration Form
  • One will need to be filled out for each member from your institution.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with the form information and mailing instructions.
  • Once payment has been received by MARCUMS you will receive a verification email from the treasurer.
  • Please allow up to a week, if you have concerns email us at info@gomarcums.org.

 

 

*Please Note Definitions:

Member:
Members in MARCUMS shall be persons associated with the working environment of a college/university mail service and any other as recommended by the Board and approved by the membership.

New Members:
New members shall be an individual from a new or returning college or university that has not been an active member within the past 3 membership seasons.

New Institution:
New institutions shall be a college or university that has not been an active member within the past 3 membership seasons.
